Thank you for your interest in shopping WIN online! Unfortunatley, we are unable to offer shipping. All purchases are local pick up only in Victoria, BC

In Store Pick-up By Appointment

We do not yet have the capability to offer shipping, but we are pleased to offer you convenient pick up of your purchase at our WIN Cook, located at 1803 Cook St. If you have completed your purchase, go ahead and book your pick up here.

After you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to arrange a time and day to pick up your item(s).
If you have made a new purchase after you already scheduled your pick up date, please add the new order number to your initial pick-up appointment.

No Paypal? No Problem!

Paypal is how WIN collects payment through our Online Shop. However, it’s not the only way people can pay for their purchases or donations. Payment by credit card or visa debit card is also accepted.

To use those payment methods, once you have selected “check-out” and fill out your information, click on “Pay with Paypal”, and scroll down the new screen that pops up, until you see “Pay with a credit or a visa debit card”. Please contact us if you run into any problems, we are here to help!
